Unable to save video that been transferred via Bluetooth in N8

I have recently purchased a brand new mobile phone and that too the Nokia N8. Now the thing here is that whenever I am taking any of the video or the particular media file with the other phones via Bluetooth then I am unable to save those particular files. And if the file is intaked trough mass storage then nothing happens. But if I receive any file through Bluetooth then it gives it is not allowing me to save the same. Please help me in this case and let me know how I can solve the same.

Well the first thing that I want you to do here is that just try and make sure that all your messages are saved in the memory card actually the thing here is that if we keep the messages to be saved on phone memory and then try to take file though Bluetooth then it don’t let us to do so because the file is not properly received and that is the reason why the save option is disabled. Now keep one thing in mind that you are using the proper and the abstract way to solve this issue that is just save the messages in memory card.

I have gone through the problem and it seems to me that I can help you out in this case. So what you have to d here is that just check whether the file which you have taken that is the video file is playing or not and if it is not then you have to just confirm that it is a corrupted one because the file which is not being played then definitely it is the issue related with the file. Now I will suggest you to just try and receive any other file and see whether it is happening the same with the file I hope that this time you will not face any issue because the file was corrupted and that is the reason why you where facing the issue.

If you are facing the same issue with all kinds of file then it is the issue related with the phone. Now what you have to do in this case is that just visit the nokia customer care office nearby and place a complaint over there that you are unable to save the file and I guess later on they will definitely help you to solve the issue. And once the problem is faced in front of them then they will definitely find a way that will enable you to fix the problem and also the problem will never face in future.

You are facing the issue because the video is corrupted one now what you have to do here is that just try and see whether the video file is corrupted or not. And if the video is not working on any other mobile phone then it will definitely not run on yours. Now what you have to do here is that just try and download the video on your system rather than taking it though Bluetooth, I am sure that that will definitely help you to solve the problem.
