WLIDSVC.exe and WLIDSVCM.exe process problem

I have a desktop machine and it is been installed with Windows XP home. The problem is that I am not able to work or process well for the thing which would be better in order to function that is needed. I can see two processes that is WLIDSVC.exe and WLIDSVCM.exe. I do not know what is this actually. I ust hope they are not legit processess. I have Avira antivirus application installed to the system and the issue is that this two process seems to be alright They are not detected as threats. Please help me out.
