Recently i have downloaded "Spybot Search and Destroy" antivirus tool to help in protecting my computer. But there is a problem whenever i try to install it on my computer, it is unable to install and i am getting a message to visit some kind of website to know more about the problem. I am afraid to go anywhere as my computer is hijacked by scareware, spyware and some dangerous virus. So please help me with the problem that i am facing it right now.
I think that there is a chance of malware which is also knows as scareware, that is blocking the server. I think to get rid from this virus you need to try to install and running this software in the Safe Mode With the Networking.
To do this in the Safe Mode with Networking just follow the steps:
- You need to log out and reboot your computer.
- After that when the machine starts then you need to reboot the sequence, and press F8 key continuous.
- Then you need to select "Safe Mode" with Networking from the given result.
- Then login and the machine will continue to boot.
- After that when you are finished doing it what you need to do is, log out and reboot back into the normal mode.
There is a great possible thing that the spyware and malware viruses are preventing your computer from the installation of Spybot. I think you need to scan your system by the updates antivirus which can be found out on the internet and from there you can download it. After that install it on your computer and then you need to scan your full computer with this updated antivirus. When it detects and removes all the viruses. After that you can install spybot on your computer.

So if you want to have this software on your system then you need to have the best supported and the latest version of this software. If your computer is already having any of the virus then you need to remove it and then you can download it on your computer. It can be the problem of your computer which is infected by the virus.
