Unable to install Spybot search and destroy

Recently i have downloaded "Spybot Search and Destroy" antivirus tool to help in protecting my computer. But there is a problem whenever i try to install it on my computer, it is unable to install and i am getting a message to visit some kind of website to know more about the problem. I am afraid to go anywhere as my computer is hijacked by scareware, spyware and some dangerous virus. So please help me with the problem that i am facing it right now.
