Unable to boot with my new config

I just got up a new config:

DFI Lanparty JR P45-T2RS Motherboard
C2D E7300
ATI HD4870 GSE
Antec Neo HE 430W

And Vista blocks systematically just before arriving in the office

I thought it came from my psu, perhaps too just for the HD4870 but it works perfectly on my old config (AMD X2 3800 + @ 2.6GHz)

Moreover, it seems to me that the C2D consumes less and after the different topic, 430w seem sufficient for such a config

I have tried unsuccessfully to launch vista impossible or even to reinstall (even on another HDD), it systematically plant

If you have any ideas, then please help me.

Have you tried in safe mode (if it exists on Vista)? Have you recovered a former hard drive of an Old config with Vista or above as you do a fresh installation (format)?

Can't boot in Safe Mode!

I used the disk of the old config after having transfer just the drivers of the former motherboard, but I also tried to install Vista on a new HDD to boot from CD, without success, have returned after crash the CD key (sometimes even before)

I also tried to replace the hd4870 with my 8800GTS but the same problem

Well, in all cases a fresh installation with formatting is required.

I understand that you get a boot on your vista CD, with your old hard drive, but you can not install everything before crash and it's the same with a new hard drive ...

as you do when formatting your new facilities?

check the voltages of the ram in bios, 2.0 or 2.1 volts
timings 4 4 4 12

I tested, and it worked! I can't believe this!
