iPad 3 Unable to access internet

hi guys

I have bought this iPad just recently , I actually like this tablet but this is one small issue on this tablet . I am not able to connect to the internet . I don’t have Wi-Fi n my place where I stay . when I contacted the technician he told me that I should have 4G to get accesses to the internet ,but I think that it is there . I don’t know what is wrong with this iPad can anyone here help me on this issue I will be really appreciate any answer

Well I guess that there is something wrong with your device , that should not happen . the iPad is suppose to work with 3G and and 4G . that only reason that I can see the ipad is not working is that you probably not having the proper signal in your area . I suggest that you contact the your carrier . did you set up your cell account.

That might be really annoying , well can you tell me that which iPad 3 did you bought , i would like to know that so that I can able to reply you with the proper solution .
