Which service should I use with new iPad? 4G service or Wi-Fi

Well I am looking to purchase latest version of iPad but still I am not able to decide where I should use 4G or Wi-Fi version of the device. currently I am having latest version of iPhone which can be used as personal hotspot. Can you suggest which option should I select? What would be the advantages as well as disadvantages in case I use personal hotspot on iPhone or 4G option provided with new iPad?

It is dependent on cost thing. I am using my iPad daily with tethered iPhone. If I need faster files transfer than I recommend than it would go for built in option provided on the device. you should stick to Wi-Fi model in case you are having regular access to Wi-Fi connection. if you are using 4G connection then you will use monthly data up in a single day rather than that of a week. But still it your personal opinion whether to use 4G service or Wi-Fi connection
