16GB Internal Storage of HTC Flyer

I am making use of HTC flyer and was good to hear about the internal storage. As I download most of the stuffs in this device , I downloaded upto 7 GB of external stuff. But I want to inquire that why does the Flyer simply show 8.69GB of entire space 8.57GB accessible? Can you guys find it for me.

I was also having a similar doubt , but after finding out from some sources , about 4GB internal application memory as well as 9GB usable internal tablet storage is the memory of this device . it also occupies around 16GB of internal storage . as a result around 3GB is used for the OS.

So guys, in my case, according to the box , Flyer has a storage of 32 GB. And the Application Manager displays around 327MB Internal Storage is been used, and the free memory it indicates is 6.8GB.
As per the Storage configurations , it shows around : Tablet storage space total space is 20.34GB,and available space is around 20.45GB and there is no SD card fitted in it. And I could not find the remaining bits. I am also not able to make use of the remaining one. Can you me the reason for this.
