SIM Toolkit on app drawer of Motorola DROID RAZR

I just recently bought this phone and really like the phone, all its specs and all however there is an issue , I am not sure whether I am right or wrong but I don’t know if there was the SIM Toolkit on the app drawer at the time i had purchased the phone . Looks a s if it just showed up from nowhere in recent couple of days do you people have this app on your phone . can anyone confirm if it normal .

Yeah even I have seen it 've have this stuff in my hidden apps group and it by no means goes away. It's for all time sitting in their when I've looked.. don’t really know what that apps does

SIM Toolkit is just one more technique of the carrier pushing pointless services like the horoscopes, weather etc each with the at a cost and not as good as apps you can obtain in the market. This is my experience that I had on my phone , perhaps its different elsewhere.
