Who ever have downloaded the Easy Battery Saver+Task Killer will be facing the same problem, so you wanted to resotre the connectivity then you follow the following steps:

    • Uninstall Easy Battery Saver and Task Killer
      • Go to Menu
      • Then go to Settings
      • In that you tap on Applications
      • Now tap on Manage applications
      • Select and open Easy Battery Saver and Task Killer
      • Tab on Uninstall.
    • Download the Restore Connectivity Setting from Android Market
    • Open your application tray and find the “Restore connectivity settings - Motorola Droid RAZR”
    • Start the application, and follow the application’s prompts, including rebooting your device
    • After your device reboots, your 4G/LTE connectivity will be restored.

It is the only method by which you can Restore connectivity setting for 4G LTE and before that you need to remove Easy Battery Saver+Task Killer, so it will be best to get it and also connect to 4G LTE.
