How to view Ringtones stored on SD card in LG Thrill

Hi friends I have bought the new LG Thrill Mobile, and I am happy with the features and option that are present with this phone. but however as I am new to this Mobile phone I don’t have that much of information about using some features and option in this mobile, I just want to know that how can I views the ringtone which I have stored in my SD Cards. I have try many thing and make use of several option to do view file from my SD cards but however I can’t able to do that, so if you guys have any ideas about to views file from my sd cards. According to my information this is simple to view the files that are stored in to sd cards with the help of File Manager App. So to have this File Manager App you have to download it from Android Market, may this will works because with the help of this application you can able to navigate the folder that have the collection of your ring tones.
