Unable to end calls in Nokia 710

I have recently bought my first Nokia 710 which is my first windows phone and I am really happy with this mobile phone. User interface of mobile phone is very attractive. I am facing problem during the call. Whenever I try to end the call by pressing that time it does not do anything. Please help me to solve this problem.

I am aware of this problem and I would like to tell you that you should try to solve this problem by disabling the TTY/TDD mode. I am not sure about this solution but you can try this. if after disabling the TTY/TDD mode in your mobile phone also if you are facing same problem then let me know.

If you want to disable TTY/TDD mode in your Nokia Lumia 710 mobile phone then you have to first go to the settings in your mobile phone and after going in to the setting in your phone you have to go to the system and then you have to select ease of access option and after selecting the ease of access option you have to check whether TTY/TDD mode is turned on or turned off. If it is turned on then you have to turned it off and after turning off the TTY/TDD mode you have to check whether it makes any difference or not.

If this problem does not help you to solve this problem then you can also try to solve this problem by doing restore factory setting. I hope your problem will get solved as soon as possible.

I have turned off the TTY/TDD mode from the settings and after turning off that in my mobile phone also I was facing same problem during calls. Now after that I have also tried to solve this problem by doing restore factory setting and after doing restore factory setting also problem is still there. Now please tell me what should I do to solve this problem.

It looks like there might be something wrong with your Nokia 710 mobile phone and I will suggest you to visit the Nokia care and then you have to tell them about the problem which you are facing and after that they will check your mobile phone and then gives you proper solution.
