Battery drainage after 1.50.531.1 update on HTC Sensation 4G

I have bought HTC Sensation 4G Android Smartphone two months ago and it was the best Smartphone I ever had but in the last month I have installed the 1.50.531.1 update on my phone and from that time my phone battery running very fast when I fully charge the phone the battery is almost drained within 4-5 hours even when the phone is not in use ,there is not any reason for the change in usage ,I have tried with uninstalling all application which I updated since I bought my phone but still the battery draining very fast and now I think the only reason for this cause is 1.50.531.1 update, if anyone how to solve this issue then please recommend me.

I think you should try to wipe your battery stats on your HTC Sensation 4G because sometimes when you install the update on your phone then it is possible that your battery stats gets mixed up and you can easily do this just wipe your battery stats in the recovery menu by holding down the volume button while powering on the phone and then select recovery and then wipe your battery stats ,after doing this reboot your phone, turn it off and fully charge until the green light comes on I think you will experience a good battery life after this.

I think you should make sure that following things will not be the cause for your battery drain just check whether the Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth is not continuously running and if found turn this features off when not on use, make sure that third party application is not running in the background and if found this just turn it off such application you can also try with this basic precaution to get better battery performance
Try to increase the data synchronization interval and decrease the screen brightness ,turn off your vibration and turn off your notification sound.

If you are thinking that the update 1.50.531.1 is the cause of your battery drainage problem then I would like to suggest you to do master reset on your phone you can perform master reset by following this steps: note that before performing master reset always keep the back up of all your data and synchronize files
From your home screen go to menu>setting>privacy ,in privacy select SD and phone storage and then select factory data reset>reset phone and finally select erase everything after performing master reset turn off your phone and then restart it again , I hope so your battery drainage problem will be solved

If you have tried with the master reset on your phone due to 1.50 update and still not solve your battery drainage problem then I think this is not the update 1.50.531.1 fault may be it possible this is because of faulty battery just try to replace your battery with another and the same results then you should contact to HTC Service center to get your issue resolved.
