Sony Ericsson Xperia Active delivered without Wrist strap and arm band

I have recently bought brand new Sony Ericsson XPERIA active Smartphone from Amazon in the last week and 3 days ago when I have opened the box suddenly I get shock the phone was delivered to me without Wrist strap and arm band all the other things were perfect I have bought this phone because it is water ,dust and scratch resistant and I like the tool kits the Xperia active has to keep your phone close such as wrist strap and arm band but this is missing , I don’t know why the phone without the Wrist strap and arm band is delivered to me, please help me regarding this issue.

This problem occurs sometimes because normally every country or the region not having the same tools and accessories for every phone it may be different for every region or country I think you should check what are the contents written on the box cover and then see inside the box what you have received .

I think you make sure that you should not receive anything less according to the content written on the top of the box , so first you properly inspect the box cover and compare the items included in the box c and if you had received less than the products items written on the box then you should contact to the Amazon as you said that you have bought the phone from Amazon .

If you have not received the wrist strap and arm band as it is described on the top of the box then this is your dealer fault you should immediately contact to the dealers from where you have bought the phone as you have said that you have bought the phone from Amazon so you have definitely got the dealers warranty from Amazon which is mostly up to 6 months to 1 year they will either provide you a phone replacement with wrist strap and arm band as they return back the phone to manufacturer or they refund your money back but I think you have to wait for some days to get claim your warranty.
