Well, what is the make or model of the mobile phone that you have. Sure it is chinese phone but all china mobile phone dont support same drivers and pc suite software. You will have to check from the manual of your mobile phone that whether it supports pc connection or not because most of the chinese version of mobile phone dont do so.
