Repaired HTC EVO glass is peeling from the bottom of phone

I was having a HTC EVO from sprint and I was having issues with the 4G signal but then I sent it to the sprint for the replacement and after that I got it replaced after 3 days and I don’t know that how I had checked it previously and accepted the same, today I have found that the screen glass is peeling from the bottom of phone, I have checked out the plan and there is still 6 months left, so I just wanted to know that is there any chance of getting replacement again??

I am not very much sure about the replacement but then if you are having the Total Equipment Protection plan then you can visit the service center and check out that what they have to say about the same ,If it could be repaired then they will do the same else you can might get the replacement.

I had faced the same once but then in my case I had received the phone from the Asurian and when I had found that the replaced phone is faulty as well I had contacted them again, as I had 12 month warrant time I had got the replacement without any charge and all, so if you are having the same case then there are possible chances that you can get a replacement again.Hope that helps.

Actually I am not having the Total Equipment Protection plan so I don’t think that it will be possible and I am not having the same case as of the above phone because I had received the phone from the sprint and not from the Asurian, so what are the other options left for me??? Any further help for the same will be appreciated.

If you are not having TEP insurance then I don’t think that there are chances where you might get the replacement and you might be charged $35.00 for the repair no matter what phone you are having and other than this you will also have to pay for the shipping charge as well, The other thing that I wanted to share is that the $35.00 is said to be the basic charge to repair thing but then if there is a need to replace anything then they might charge you for the same. So just check out which option will be better for you.
