How to Wipe or Load OS Using BBSAK in Blackberry

I have currently purchased blackberry bold 9900 and I did too many upgrading and downgrading. So I need to wipe or load my OS. Can anyone tell how can I wipe/load OS using BBSAK?? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

BBSAK (BlackBerry Swiss Army Knife) is used to wipe the useless information which is stored on the mobile. BBSAK auto deletes the Vendor file. It has a friendly GUI. It is used for modifying. we can keep count of downloads we have done.

This is step by step process to wipe or load your OS using BBSAK:

• Backup your mobile phone. Backup your phone using Desktop Manager.
• Insert the cable to your phone and eventually BBSAK.
• Enter the password in the box given. If you don't have a password, leave it blank and press OK.
• You will see your BlackBerry PIN at the PIN box.
• Click on the option to Wipe Device and it will prompt you if you are sure to wipe or not.
• Click on Wipe Device and wait until the box appear saying Wipe Complete.
• The phone will reboot and prompt you Error 507. Don’t unplug the cable after reading this Error.
• If OS is installed in your computer, then select the option for Load OS.

You should download and install BBSAK program and then download Net Framework 2.0 or higher and Desktop Manager. These are the basic requirements to run BBSAK on your device. You should backup all the contents and download the latest BBSAK and OS you desired.

First you should backup 3rd party applications and after that install older OS without uninstalling. After installing remove the COD files and after that construct and install files. Gradually backup and restore the tab. After that wipe the device and load desired OS.

• Restore 3rd Party Apps
• Modify CODs Tab
• Read System
• Install COD(s)
• Save COD(s)
• Remove COD(s)
• Install JAD
• Make JAD
• Read/Clear Event Log
