How to change Proximity sensor settings on Sony Ericsson WT19 Live walkman phone

Hello friends, I have purchased the Sony Ericsson WT19 Live walkman phone and it is becoming tough for me to use the phone. When ever i am on the call then the ear touches the screen and the call be set on the loudspeaker, but i am not try to do it. It is really tough to talk and again i have to change the call move from speaker to normal. So i wanted to know that is there any setting or any method by which i can change the proximity sensor, so next time it will be not giving me problem. Please help me. Thank you.

It is been having the problem with the proximity sensor, the phone is not working proper with it, if you compare this phone with the other phone, then the screen is been closed when you take phone near to the skin say approximate 2 cm from the skin, but where you see the WT19i it does not close the screen so which it create the problem and it enable the speaker on the phone. Many of the people are facing the problem with it.

I think that is the problem of the software which might be solve with the update of it, so you have to use the phone little carefully, just keep the skin away from the skin only the speaker next to ear so that it does not go to the speaker mode.

I would suggest that you better take the phone to service center and get it repaired, i have not got the problem with the phone and i am using the phone with near to skin and it is not going to the speaker mode, it is problem of the software of your particular phone.

There are no settings for the Proximity sensor, you have to use the phone little carefully then you will be able to use it better, if you keep the phone little away from the skin it work better.
