Not happy with Sony Ericsson WT13i.

I am using Sonyericsson WT13i from one month. I am unhappy with my phone. It has lots of problems. My phone hangs many times. Some time menu disappears and I have to switch off my mobile for view menu again and lots more.. What can be the solution? Do you experiencing same problem with your WT13i? Please help me to solve this problem.

I am also having problems with my Sonyericsson WT13i. File manager is not available with WT13i. Because of this I am unable to manage files. There is no option for managing other files except music, video, picture, themes, and application files. Managing of files are so difficult without file manager. I am also not happy with my Sonyericsson WT13i.

Yes, Sonyericsson WT13i has lots of problems. In this phone I am unable to set message alert tone. It’s really annoying. I can use only limited message tone like in old black and white phone. The audio quality is very poor compare to other Sonyericsson walkman phones. I love music and only for this reason I purchase this phone but I am not happy with the audio quality. The sound is not loud. Bass effect is also normal. This is walkman series phone but lack of audio quality.

Sound quality of Sonyericsson WT13i is worst when I am in noisy place, during traveling I am unable to hear the ringtone also because of low volume setting of this phone. I keep my ringing tone to its maximum level but unable to hear the ringtone in outside.

I am unable to use internet from my Sonyericsson WT13i. When I try to connect my phone to the internet then my mobile hangs and restarts automatically. I tried so many time but same result. How to solve this problem? Advice would be very welcome please.

This is because of the old version of software. Check your version of software and check for the updates if updates are available then download the updates. Or download Update service from Sonyericsson official site install it on your computer then connect your phone to computer and update your phone using that update software. Then restart your mobile and connect your internet all other problems will be solving after software updating.

So I contact to service center of Sonyericsson they update my software Version. Now my software of Sonyericsson WT13i is updated then also experiencing same problem. My mobile hangs several times; I am unable to connect to the internet, same problem with the audio quality and have lots of problems. I am really not happy with my Sonyericsson WT13i.
