how to claim cashback for Sony camcorder

hello friends, i have bought sony camcorder and dont know what happens, its not working properly now. so i just want to claim for the cashback. so anyone have any idea how can i claim cash back for £50? please if anyone has any idea about this than please know me.

if you bought you camcoder from the authorized Sony Retailer than i must suggest you to download claim form from here and send it to the address given along with the purchase. they will reply you for the same, and hopefully you get your money back.

i also going to ask the same question. one of my friend also just newly buy some product from sony and now after a month or two he get some problem with his product and now he also want to claim for the same. and as you said about the form than i also have that form link but i dont know from where i can print that form, because my friend and me dont have printer. so if i cant print the form than how come i fill the form? so any other idea about this? is there any online form which i can fill and send it directly to them? is this possible to get claim?

for you i have some solution. if you dont have printer than just get a 'Smart Offers Plus', which you get from any nearest Sony Centre and that includes printed claim form. so you just go with this to claim cashback.

yes you are right i also heard that from Sony Centre we get that form but last time when i went to collect that form that sony guy just said we cant provide any form for the claim. than i ask why you dont have or why you cant provide? than he just said nothing and go back to his another work. this is really bad experience for me for sony product.

its just impossible, and if this is true than this is really bad impression for sony . anyway just try to talk to your friend or friends friends who have printer and tell them to take that form for you.

anyone tell me how i know that my claim is in process? i have already send my form with whole proof, but they cant gave me any date or any time when my claim be succeed. i have submit my claim form on this month only, on 18th december. so how much time it take? 1 month or more than that?

its depends on the price of claim first thing, and second thing is, there are some Terms and Conditions are there. and if read that Terms and Conditions and there is written that it may take up to 28 days after they receive the papers from your side. and still you want to know more about this than just call them ask for the time and date you get. if you want number than: 0845 5048939. just call and ask about you query.

i have that number and i call many time but some time i get not available and sometime busy. this is just ridiculous. you have any other contact number or have the email id of the manager or the head person who directly help me to get update about this claim process?
