New Kindle Fire come charged or not ?

I am thinking to purchase the new Kindle Fire but before that I need to clear one doubt about this. Does it comes as charged or I will have to charge this over night as when I get any phone then the dealer advise me to charge that over night. I am unsure that if I will have to do the same for Kindle Fire as well or it comes as charged already. I searched for this on internet but cannot get answer for this and so I am posting this over here. Thank you so much for the reply in advance.

I would like to tell you that when I bought that then it came charged already and I started using that immediately but I don’t think that it is completely charged as it loses battery power very shorty but when I charged that again to full then it gives me the best battery backup.

yes, this comes charged but I don’t think that there is any problem to check the battery icon "Gear" from the right hand corner. Other than this, if you wish to get the exact percentage of that then you can just go to the device settings and from there you will be able to get the percentage of the charge remaining on it.

It comes charged but not completely. It is charged so that you can test that when you unbox that but it is recommended to charge that completely one after unboxing that. After that you can use that as normal.
