Safe Mode and F8 disappear at boot

Hi,

I installed the Fujtsu DVD for a Amilo Pro v3505 and I noticed that F8 at boot doesn't work, so that don't have a menu choice, neither Safe Mode.

These are the programs I installed : Hitman Pro, Rollback Rx and No Autoruns

Platform : Vista Business 32bits

Have you first of all checked that it could be a sticky key proble that you can adjust in control panel/accessibility. And the second problem is to replace the keyboard Keyboard, you may just need to reset the key board there are 2 way either uninstall via control panel and reboot. Try a usb keyboard and check if that works.

I found the problem: F8 works but I have to press even when Rollback RX screen appeared on the boot.
