    Overheating in the HTC Ryhme

As recently I bought the htc rhyme and what I find is that sometimes my htc rhyme overheats and also freezes up. I surprised seeing this as a new phone how can it happen. I would like to know from you all do your rhyme phone overheats and freezes as it happens with mine. And if yes then what did you do, did you contact to the Verizon and did they replaced your device. Please share your views regarding this.

I am using the htc rhyme and I didn’t came to such type of issue. In fact I would say the phone is too fast and even using multiple apps and playing games at the same time the phone does not freezes or overheats as it has got the 1 ghz of processor in it which is the best feature I must say.

Yeh.. even am having similar problem and this started happening from yesterday while playing the game in the phone I noticed that the phone got heated up and after neglecting this the phone got hanged up, due to this I had to restart the phone. And today morning also it happened the same thing while browsing on the net the phone got freezed and had to restart it again. So I want to know as I have bought the phone recently, will Verizon replace the phone as the phone is new and giving such issue.

As you are saying that while playing games and browsing net sometimes your phone gets overheated and hangs after it. Then for this if you are thinking of contacting the Verizon guys for this issue then I must tell you that it is the right thing you are doing but in that case your phone will not be replaced it would only be get repaired.
