Motorola defy CM7 1.0-RC1.5-jordan-signed loosing signal.

I recently Upgraded to CM7 1.0-RC1.5-jordan-signed and all is running well except for these:-
My defy continues to lose signal. At the time of performing manual seek for network; it presents airtel and Idea except Vodafone. No edge. Receiving G in place of E in the notification region. Apart from this I have an issue with the music player. Music player does not perform lyrics as it used to do in the original. The original version of the same was: 3.4.3-36-1.7.I was quite happy with the look which it presented and was completely better than the previous one. Don’t have an issue other than the mentioned. Please provide a help regarding the same.

You mentioned the 1st problem and I would suggest you to just set correct baseband in Defy baseband Switcher. I don’t have an idea about the notification part and moving to the music player, I think in the stock soft it was cool with the lyrics. I would say that it doesn’t work at present. Possibly other music application would help.

Though I am not able to see India in the Baseband listing, I chose china and currently I include E instead of G and in the previous half an hour, there were no disconnections. But as soon as I revert the procedure it occurs the same. Earlier I used to have the Bubble vision. But currently it's simple and plain. I also loved the previous look, but happy using the current one.

I have a lot of interest in exploring music items and so in this case the Motorola equipped with the latest music player, but lacks in some issues as it does not display the lyrics section as it used to display in the previous version as earlier mentioned. The genre, favorite list, albums and few are possible options from which you can choose, but the lyrics section is lacking.

Try by deleting the Cache and delvik cache as well suppose there are chances to fix the problem of weak signal. But some of the users are still facing the issue of weak signal. So I might denote that the signal issue may occur due to the weak network of your provider. There are also chances of some areas receiving low signal rate due to the tower not locating nearer, and does not roam in the network area. So check for the network of your service provider or just insert a sim of stronger network of that local area, which will ensure the signal strength of another provider. When you face these kinds of issues, ensure that you are in a strong signal area, and if it occurs repeatedly you should switch off the phone and later restart it.

To sync your music here are some few steps to do,
    1. Open Windows Media Player from your pc.
    2. You will see “Sync" tab, here select "More Options”.
    3. Choose your phone for “device”
    4. Under properties, verify "Create folder hierarchy on device" box, and click "OK".
    5. To be able to sync all your music files, drag and drop to the "Sync List" and press "Start Sync".
You will be synchronized with your list.
