No 4G on the screen and Samsung Galaxy Indulge phone only works on Wi-Fi

Hi everyone, I had an exacting trouble, since I purchased my phone for 5 days. My 4G and 1X does not appear in the top of the screen and the phone merely appear to work only with Wi-Fi, in other words, only the texts and calls working on the phone when I'm at school or away from home . I talked to three dissimilar legislature (including technical support and someone who specializes in the data) and even I had to hard reset my phone (in which everything was provided.) I went to a corporate store yesterday and fixed it all. My data was working for about 2 hours, and then I found exactly the same problem when I got home. The company store is in Modesto, CA, and I like Tracy, CA (about 30 minutes by car). Customer service does not seem to be helping, and neither does the company store. Can someone please help me?

I have the same problem and it's killing me. I purchased this phone days gone by and was working fine for a couple of hours. Today I cannot lift anything, not even 1x. I'm so pissed I really want to go to the store and just throw the phone to these people, but I spent $ 400 on it. I know that the second road to the store 4g little up and going to be like, "oh there's nothing wrong" and I'm just going to be even more annoying.

If ... I'm pretty pissed at me, but being angry will not solve anything ... and I am planning to go to the store tomorrow and get corporate a new galaxy Enjoy. With a bit of luck that works, but right now, this is the first Smartphone Metro and we are all his test subjects in it.

I just got back from the shop in Dublin and asked for a new phone. You and I have the same problems. I asked the guy if it was normal that this is happening, and I said only one person in my area had the same problem. Apparently, they are also working in areas that aren’t covered 4G right now that will be covered by the end of this month, hopefully, so I don’t know. However, I'm getting a new phone, I do not want to wait for something that I'm paying and receiving no.

I just got this phone company not more than a week and a half ago ... today went to the company store and it turns out I have to make an appointment.... So now I'm going back on Thursday ... oh yeah, and I got a "service ticket" over the phone ... might obtain 1-5 business existence until you can try to find out what is going on with my service

The same thing just started happening to my phone 04/23/11. 4G, 1X or not at all. The phone can only access the Internet with Wi-Fi. This phone has not been dropped or abused. I have hoped that they are doing something with the LTE network here in the Detroit area. If somebody is reading this in the metro Detroit area is 4G or 1x please let me know. Thank you.

I stay down the river and I have 4g, 1x smoothly from now on. I've noticed that once in n, then jumps of 4g at 1x, but only last a minute or so.

Great, after that I have to pick up the phone to a company owned store and see if they'll change it. LTE base band version that speak unfamiliar. The phone was working absolutely until two days ago. I probably should not wake the phone before taking it again eh and put all the bloatware back on it? Or should I "lose" my phone and put in a demand for a new one?

It could also be your data plan... meter is hiding somewhat from you when you buy this phone you said that you should get the $ 50 limitless plan for this phone however, is not actually unlimited has a gap of 1 g so if they spend more slow down or completely block 4g 1x should work, so I'm not sure it works, but the plan $ 60 limitless plan is real, but if you use it to say to your Wi-Fi PC or other Wi-Fi device will be slow because of its speed, of course, all this is in small lowercase letters in the user agreement on its website.
