camera roll bug in iphone 4s

I have recently bought Apple iPhone 4s and I am very impress with the features of this device. While going thorough all the functions of this device I have noticed that whenever I take any picture at that time my phone freeze4s and after that I have to restart the device. Some time some photos in my camera roll shows just black. I don’t know what is wrong. If anyone have solution regarding this then please help me.

In your iPhone if you have installed any application related to photos or camera then remove those application from your device and after removing those application you have to restart your iphone 4s and after restarting the iphone you have to see whether same problem is coming or not.

I am also a user of the iPhone 4s and there is same problem happening with me. Sometime in my mobile phone whenever I try to open the images from the camera roll in my device at that time it appears totally black. Some time I am unable to delete the messages as well.

Is this problem related to the software or something else is causing this issue.

Yes sometimes applications can also occurs this type of the issue and that is why I will also suggest you the same. If you have not installed any application in your device and after that also if you are experiencing the same problem then there might be something wrong with your iPhone and I think you should first connect your iPhone with your computer or laptop and after that you have to take the backup of all the data and after taking the backup you have to reset your iPhone and after resetting the iPhone you have to check whether same problem is coming or not. As far as I know after resetting the iPhone your problem will get solved.

With my device also similar problem occurred and then I have reset the mobile phone and after resetting the device all the things started working fine.

There is no application installed in my mobile phone and I have also tried to solve this problem by resetting the iPhone 4s and after resetting the iphone 4s also I was getting the same problem. Now please tell me what should I do get rid of this issue?

It looks like there might be something wrong with your iPhone 4s device and that is why I will suggest you to contact the apple support or visit the apple service center and then you have to tell them about the problem which you are facing in your mobile phone and then they will give you proper solution. If they find problem with the mobile phone then you r device will get replaced.

I have visit the apple service center and after that I have asked them about the problem which I am facing In my mobile phone and after that they have checked my device and find device was faulty. Now they have kept my device for replacement. Thank you for helping me.
