Toshiba Satellite L45-S7409 laptop freezes

Hi, I am a Toshiba Satellite L45-S7409 user and In the laptop I have installed windows 7 which is giving very poor performance than what I have expected from the operating system. Don’t know whether the operating system is not configured with the machine or not but still having very awful problem, whenever I start the laptop it just freezes randomly don’t know what could be problem, and as I have mentioned this is happening randomly thus it is pretty difficult to understand what is causing this problem. Any suggestion for resolving this would be surely appreciated. Thanks.

I am exactly agree with the above user as I was also having the same problem with the machine and after all it was because of the incorrect rather corrupted drivers that I had installed in my machine.

Hey thanks for the suggestion but I think I must have to visit the service center for sure because the thing is like though I have installed newer OS in the machine but still having this problem, and seems like it is because of some hardware, If I am not wrong.
