Camera Blackouts in Nokia C6-01

I have Nokia C6-01 and I changed its memory card form 2GB microSD to 4GB. Now I have problem with that from last 2 days after making the latest symbian update. Camera is not working at all. It blacked out. It does take picture when we use the screen button but takes very dark pictures. Even under a strong light it takes dark pictures, without colors. The second cam works properly. What should I do to get out of this ?

I suggest you to check camera settings first and make sure that camera settings are same as given in the manual. It’s not a common case but I think checking camera settings will help you to solve this problem. Try to adjust brightness and contrast f the camera.

Checking camera settings will help you definitely but if the same problem continues after restoring the camera settings then you should try other options. You should update OS , updating the OS will restore all the settings and this can solve your problem.

Maybe the memory cad you are using is not suitable for your phone. Check your camera with the memory card you got with the phone and if the same problem continues then you should visit nearest Nokia gallery.
