After software upgrade Nokia C6-00 screen is not responding

The only think is that to change the screen for me it can change from Ovi store to Nokia store; however it is right upgrades my phone and it started to behave weirdly. The error has occurred irregularly but often after 15 min, I am sure that to find it again. It screen is stop responding and only keys are working screen touch is stop. So that I can do many thing using the key. Then suddenly everything is back to normal and also sometimes keys stop working so I not able to receive a call or call them

So I got a confirm that a problem with the browser buttons. That in Portrait mode it working fine, but in landscape that you have to press the button key at the lowest point to get all the action performed. How can important thing that miss during software testing? Another go to all the basic functionality. It is the ridiculous. The browser is faster now.

I am also have a same problem that I facing in my Nokia C6 version 41.0.010. So I am planning to rollback this version and use previous soft version. So I am thinking the problem will be solved out let’s see...

we need to try to solve these trouble by set a resetting on your mobile phone .because some of doing on your cell phone reset will be restore all the company defaults and after then you not have to face the problem again in nokiaC6-00.if you getting still the same problem I think you need to visit Nokia care center that will be solved out problem. So I hope that your problem can be solved out in service center

I was trying continuously to solve the issue by doing all the possible solution to get out from this problem from the phone. But when after trying all the solution that was helpful but I have visited to Nokia customer service center and I ask all the solution of the phone which I having the problem now after doing according to customer solution my problem is solved out so thank you for helping to solved the problem.

Yes when I agree with the follow post setting the packet data and when you need to set a mode while to solve this problem. If you want to do this setting then you have to first go on to the menu and after that you have select connectivity option. Now after selecting connectivity option you have to tap on the admin setting. In admin setting you will find the option for the packet data. Now select the packet data option and then choose the when needed option and after that your mobile will not show the GPRS connected every time.
