Is the Bootloader of Sony Tablet S UNLOCKED?

I have been seeing several posts regarding the Sony Tablet S Bootloader and here I want to get some information about this bootloader on such tablet pc. One of the biggest one being, whether the bootloader of Sony Tablet S coming locked or is it unlocked? I think it coming in UNLOCKED manner. Then please help me to get more information about this. • Then move the “usb_driver” folder onto USD drive and reboot your tab.
• At the time of booting select this USB drive for booting purpose.
• It asks you about the driver. Then select this driver folder and follow the mentioned instructions.
• Next up open the command prompt window and open Android SDK folder on to it.
• Enter the fastboot.exe -i 0x0fce getvar version, and verify USB driver properly installed or not.
