How to enable the Media control buttons at Toshiba Qosmio x305

hi guys,i changed windows vista with windows 7 64x and the media control buttons aren't working.Please help me with an information about that.i hear the sound of an beep but nothing happens.thx

hello as per my knowledge you have to reinstall the value added package which you will get on a official site of Toshiba. i am sure after that it will work for you.

thx for the help,i installed it but it still does not work,the buttons are lightning and if i press on them i hear an Beep but nothing happens,nothing starts

Try to press the Fn key for sometime. When keep holding the keys you can see the Qosimo hot keys on your screen. You can use the mouse to check the keys are working or not. Go in control panel and go in keyboard. Also try to search in control panel about hot key configuration settings.
