Lenovo X121e Bluetooth cannot be turned on

I am using the Lenovo X121e but having some problem with Bluetooth of that. If I type Bluetooth and search for it then it shows me the application as the result but when I click on that then it does nothing. It is not coming to the tray. Other than this, it also does not listed within the devices and this is really worrying as in my build specs it says Bluetooth 3.0. Can somebody tell me that why this is happening to me and how this can be resolved?

Just to check that whether the Bluetooth is listed in the task manager. So check for that and let me know that.

Yes, I checked for the task manager and I can see the Bluetooth tray application over there but it is not getting appeared in the actual taskbar. I have tried all the things from my side to get it solved but nothing helps and so I am posting this over here.

What you can do is just press the FN+F5 and after that try to enable the Bluetooth when you see the Window. Normally it comes with Bluetooth disabled at the start. I am using x120e as well as x220 and I found the same with them. I hope that this will be helpful to you to get the issue solved. Please reply back if this does not help you.

To solve the problem:

• Click "Start" -> "Control Panel"
• "Administrative Tools" -> "Services"
• Right click on "Bluetooth Support Service"
• "Properties"
• "Connection" tab
• Select "Local System Account" instead of "This account"
• Click Ok
• Right click on "Bluetooth Support Service"
• "Restart"
