Blackberry Curve 9360 stopped working on the loading screen.

Recently I have bought the new Blackberry Curve 9360 and I am very happy to have the phone like that. But after few days I can see that this is having the problem and I am very sad after I see that it is having the problem. And in this phone the problem is that, it seems to be stuck on the Blackberry loading screen, followed by the red LED light. Before that the phone was working so fine and suddenly I get this problem. Can anyone suggest m in this cause”?

Yes, here can you tell me that have you recently installed some application in your system or you have upgraded any apps in this phone?

Sure, the phone was working so fine before I have updated the Blackberry App World, a fairly large download 1 kb. If someone could help me sort out this problem I would appreciate it. Is there is problem related with this update? Or here is any problem related with the OS of the system?

After reading your post above I can say that this problem is totally related with the new Blackberry App World update. And for resolving this problem I think that you will try to remove your battery and then try again to restart you phone. I am not sure about this that this will really help you or not but here you can just hope that might this works for you. And here if you already done this than I think that you will need to remove your External SD card. If there is any problem related with the new Blackberry App World update then by removing the External SD card you can resolve this problem.

Yes, I have also tried with this all suggestion and after this I can say that this still not working for me. I have also tried with removing the SD card but this also not worked for me and still I get stuck on the Blackberry loading screen, followed by the red LED light. I am thinking here that for this problem to get resolve I have to contact with the Blackberry tech support to get the proper steps to resolve this problem. What you all will say in this cause?

Sure, if you are thinking here that no one will help you over here than you can also contact with the Blackberry tech support and I am sure that they will really help you in this cause. If you get the suggestion in this cause then reply here back for me also. Because I am also having this problem.

Yeah, I also contacted with them and they helped me in my cause also but after following there suggestion I found that still my problem remains. Sorry for saying that you suggestion not worked for me, but thanks for suggestion me to contact with them. Now I have decided to replace my Blackberry Curve 9360 and take the other new phone instead of this. Thanks to you all for replying me about my problem.
