Is it worth buying Samsung Galaxy Nexus for development

From the past few winters am on HTC, I mean from the past few years and I`m actually utilized to customizing it as well as do some stuff.

Currently I like HTC for the reason that I can develop in support of them hack and play with bootloaders and so on. I don’t wish for a smart phone as of the phone I would like it for the reason that I am able to develop for it.

Now my aim is toward the new samsung phone for the reason that it is the nearly all prevailing one that I`ve establish - I sought after EVO 3d except this one appears superior. Do you think that there is much development stuff like in HTC? Is it worth buying?
