Not able to share boxee box on Server Message Block (SMB)

Hello friends, I contain the Boxee Box from December 2010 and to this extent have never had a problem with the allocation of shares or access my local files via SMB windows 7 network. But when the Boxee updated to version 1.2 that I lost them all and this is how I solved the problem. Hardware / Software Setup: PC with Windows 7 Home Premium (x64bit), freshly updated with Windows 7 SP1. Boxee Box Firmware 1.2.0.20339 hard cable connection to a Cisco router. Well my friend I was having the same problem and I was not able to do it but I have got the method and I have solved it for me, so I have mentioned the method / steps to do it which is below and you do it as it is and you will be able to solve it.

• Removed all of my shared folders on my network. I read about all the different ways to set permissions and how to configure the actions and thought the best course of action would be to start over.
• Main step was reading about setting up Home Group in Windows 7 and how it have an effect on network shares and I believe this is the area in which the Boxee Box and Windows 7 is having problems. When updates to 1.2 Boxee one way or another misplace communication with the group home.
• I have removed or "left" group home to my computer with Windows 7. Then through sure to eliminate all my shared disks. At this point I restarted the computer.
• Now I started fresh. I added all my records to my network share using Windows Explorer ---> right click on the parent folder I wanted to share ---> --- shareing select Advanced> check "Share this folder" - -> Give an appropriate name -> and click Apply. Once this is done all the configuration actions to work on the network. Make sure that "everyone" is included in the permits.
• An important step after you are finished adding my actions that I wanted to see if he showed up in Boxee. What I found was interesting. This worked for my Boxee. In my second Boxee box still physically update the firmware. I just do all the things my PC and was presented once more in the SMB shares on my Boxee. I deleted all the old links to sources of reader file is Boxee.

After my Boxee Box firmware update 1.2.0.20310 I lost my pc SMB windows 7 64 bits. Restart Boxee Box in vain. Boxee restarts my pc and found the SMB. However, it was duplicating some of my tv shows, so different to Settings> System> Advanced on the Boxee box and he did. Information clear media library files (the media will remain intact) ... obvious thumbnails of the library files (the media will remain intact). Fund has performed well since then. My Boxee Box was a box since I updated a couple of weeks ago. Is there any word on when it will release a new firmware to fix this problem? It's frustrating to break somewhat with a firmware update and then we heard nothing from them about how to fix it or when it is set. I am a software developer by trade I can tell you if somewhat breaks on an update that we have a solution soon.
