How to enable blackberry browser without bis and bes?

Recently I have bought a blackberry phone for myself. Whenever I try to access the browser from the phone I am getting an error message like "Your device does not currently have any Browser Configuration Service book Entries. Please contact your service provider to enable the Browser on your device. “I don’t what is this and how to resolve it? Any suggestions regarding this would be highly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

There is some problem in your blackberry phone’s settings. I would suggest you to just take your phone to any blackberry store near your place and ask experts of the phone present over there to solve your issue. They will guide you properly and they will assist you very properly regarding other queries too that you might be having.
