Getting error 0xE800801C while syncing Apps to phone

I had updated my phone to 4.3 and Itunes to 10.2.1.1.In the starting my phone was not getting read and I was not able to restore my phone as well so I went for setting it like a new phone and then everything was erased .Later when I was trying to sync my apps I m getting a constant error “(0xE800801C).is there any solution for getting my apps sync?

I Have spent almost 3hours looking for synchronizing apps from pc to phone.I have tried almost all solutions online and trying them to no avail.I haven’t found anyone with a solution for this and know instead if trying and wasting more of my time, I m just thinking of going to the apple store itself.

I m facing a different problem ,I was trying to sync ma apps to my phone but I failed with some error and later when I was trying to open any of my apps after clicking on it None of my apps are working now.It juz open with a flash and then closes immediately. what should I do ?????????

Even I am facing the same problem in view of the fact that I have upgraded to 4.3 on windows 7, The backup fails with an error “0xE800801c” saying no sync possible, I have never expected this kind of problem appearing with apple. What might be the reason behind it. Am I doing something wrong here. I had even called to the customer service the are also not able to solve my problem.
