Getting error while installing apps in Nokia X2-01

Hi guys I have bought Nokia X2-01 mobile phone and I normally internet in my mobile phone and that is why I have downloaded ebudduy in my mobile phone and after downloading that I have installed it in my phone and after that it was working properly with my mobile phone. After that I have for updated mobile phone software and after that whenever I try to install the ebuddy at that time I am getting error. Please help me to solve this issue.

Have you downloaded ebuddy in your mobile phone from any third party web sites or you have downloaded it from the ebuddy official website? if you have downloaded in your mobile from third party website then I would like to tell you that you should go to the ebuddy official website and after that you should download the ebuddy again and after that you will not get the same problem.

Well if you have downloaded the application from the official website and after that also if you are facing the same problem then I will suggest you that you should download the ebuddy from Nokia OVI store and after that you have to check whether you are getting the same problem or not. Now after doing that if you are facing the same problem then I think you should try to solve this issue by connecting you mobile phone with your computer and laptop and after connecting your Nokia X2 -01 with computer you have to open the Nokia PC suite and after that download the ebuddy in the computer and after that you have to open the install application window from Nokia PC suite and after that select your application install it in your mobile phone and after that check whether you get any error or not.

Are you facing the same problem while installing the any other application in your mobile phone or this problem is coming with ebuddy only. if you are facing this problem with other application also then I think there might be something wrong with your mobile phone and I think you should try to solve this issue by doing the restore factory setting in your mobile phone.

If you want to do the restore factory setting in your Nokia X2-01 mobile phone then you have to follow this steps.

• First open the menu and after that go to the setting
• After that you have to scroll down the list and then select the factory reset option.
• Now you have to select the restore all setting.
• in the security code you have to enter 12345 number and it is done.

(You have to make sure that you have the backup of all your data)

As you have said by resetting the Nokia X2-01 mobile phone I can solve this issue and after reading that I have done restore factory setting in my device. Now after resetting the mobile phone when I have tried to install the application in my mobile phone at that time I didn’t get any issue and now I can use ebuddy application in my mobile phone.
