Best Used Android 7inch Tablet PC Under $200

Recently I come to know about the Tablet PC. Yesterday I have used my friend’s Tablet PC which is running with android and I am very impressed by it. So now I am looking forward to buy one but I can’t afford that much amount. So I finally decided to buy used one under $200. MY requirements are:- At least 7" display- 512mb ram. Please suggest some models on this.
