Why companies not making Hybrid Tablet PCs?

From the past one year I have been using HP TM2. I really love this thing. I haven’t seen anything better after this device. What my question is why such huge companies still not started making tablets similar to the Asus Transformer, except with Windows 7 rather than Android? There are also big companies like HP, Dell, Asus etc. Nowadays I am eager to have the Asus Transformer with Windows 7 as well as active digitizer otherwise still the Acer W500. What could be the reason that we still not getting or seeing Hybrid Tablet PCs?

At the FCC, there are now pictures and details emerged of a possible new Dell tablet. Well, a 15-inch hybrid model than both tablet and laptop use. It seems that Dell understands that the Inspiron Duo is not the success that has brought the company wanted and Dell Panerai would be a possible successor. The only specifications we know so far is the Intel Centrino processor 6230 for Wifi a / b / g / n and the fact that there is a laptop mode and tablet mode on it.

While admiration shines around the Freescale smartbook tablet , Lenovo has a competing Hybrid model, more rounded and it seems very well finished. This is a netbook convertible Tablet PC with 11.6-inch touch screen (the screen can be detached from the dock and become a fully fledged internet tablet). It works differently as it runs on Windows PC with an Intel processor 7 as tablet; the Lenovo U1 uses an ARM processor and runs on Linux.

Nearly all of the Windows tablets are much further expensive, not merely for the reason that Windows wants an x86 CPU, which, compared toward ARM is much quicker currently, except as well fewer competent, therefore has a much superior power consumption. Such tablets, with Windows, are not planned for the usual customer, quite a corporation which utilizes this tablet to run exact controlling software plus create money.

During the launch of its new S1 and S2 Android 3.0 Tablet, Sony also seems to show a teaser of a hybrid tablet PC, a tablet with sliding keyboard. The VAIO "PCs Hybrid Freestyle" is actually between a laptop and tablet, like the Samsung Sliding PC 7 or the Dell Inspiron Duo. In terms of specifications, pricing or availability yet nothing is known, but we did a while back rumors heard on a 9.4-inch tablet PC with an Intel Atom processor Pinetrail sometime in October for a price of $ 799.00 should appear. Windows 7 would be operating for this tablet. Perhaps we are in the right direction.

Windows 8 will be further touch welcoming. Windows 8 on top of ARM will permit cheaper lighter fewer luxurious tablets by means of a recognizable interface. Whether the ARM CPU will let acceptable pace for main apps remains to be noticed. The present windows tablets illustrate the requirement for dominant CPUs.
