what are Speed-Up Trick for Photoshop in Toshiba Tecra M4 tablet pc.

I am using Toshiba Tecra M4 tablet for my drawing purpose, and my tablet I use Photoshop CS4. But I want to now some tricks to increase the speed of my Photoshop. Because when drawing and inking a big image which has too many layers then I found that I am running in some line lag. I notice that when I am doing quick, flicking ink outline are there which are cause by machine, to block so that lines would have to play grab up with my nib. And I found some inking on the background layer, I want to speed up of the computer answer time. Can you help me to speed up my Photoshop.

For speed up my Photoshop, I generally do the pencil and ink on the separate layers. And then if I found that I slow down then pencil directly on the background, this will kill wait. After when I finished with my work in the background then I make a copy of the background and then ink on to that, for this I uses the black brush. If there is background layer then it will speed up the process. Working in this way seems to free all the pen lags.

First click on the filter menu after that click on the Blur Radial Blur. Then effect setting for the Radial Blur will open. Then try to open the zoom section and select the Superior Quality area.
