Anyone been banned with the may update of xbox

Hey guys I want to know that is there anyone who have been banned due to the may update for the XBOX then please get me some idea about it, I want to know many thing about it, I have been searching about it from long but haven’t got much about it please help me, suggest me with something about it, I am completely blank and I have heard some of them have been banned so I want to know?

Well what I have been hearing about it I would be saying that, Arcade titles have been also linked with all of your gamer tag and then your console which were originally been bought. If you have been switching your console, the game server would be verifying their eligibility for playing the games with your gamer tag. Now the console which has been banned with the preventing the connection for the live and then they prevent of the verification of the game has been purchased. And now you have a only option left with and it is to play the game you have been purchasing and that would be the unbanned the console online game. There is currently no work around. With this Microsoft have been capable of proving the existence of a hack and that allows the console to play the games which has been burning version, or even if the game has been legitimate copy of itself. And now if these elements have been found by the manufacturer so they do ban the user, from the Xbox live. I have found some of the people saying the rise in there copying has been very much to be with the highly anticipated Halo 3 beta. And there have been many who have been copying the game and the crackdown for the solve purchasing purpose and gaining the access.

No it just take it back to stock firmware. It is a violation of the Terms of Service to use a modified console with Xbox Live, I believe. It's unclear the criteria being used to ban people but there is no firmware known to be safe. A message will appear on the screen, and the console, but not the user's account itself, will be banned If you're using hacked firmware and log onto Xbox live you risk being banned; it doesn't matter what firmware you use. Hello friend I have been hearing that there have been lots of people banned, I don’t know anything exactly but I have a strong believe that they have just taken it for the stock of the firmware they haven’t been banning I don’t know surely anything but this is what I have been thinking maybe it is wrong but I wanted to share it. And yes I do know that they have been banning those who have been trying to work with the copied CDs and all so I think that is the different thing.

Nope why would they ban people around with the updates, I think people been banned would have been banned because of the modification they would have done to the xbox and everyone knows that if Microsoft finds a problem with the xbox modification they do ban the user form the xbox live and they even ban the hard drive is I think they would have been banned because of this not because of the updates.
