Would it be possible to run application from Asus DR-900 with Asus Eee Note EA800

My brother owns and Asus DR-900 tablet pc which is the best that I have known until know but the main thing that I liked about this is the features that it supports and it has , so I thought of buying this out , but I stock was out and I in turn returned with the an new Asus Eee Note EA800 which was told to me that it was better than the Asus DR-900 so does any one know if it was possible to use the application of the Asus DR-900 in my new Asus Eee Note EA800?

Asus so far has not been able to released a capability fix for this yes , but I think that it would be possible for me to go with this, so I think that it would be possible for me to go with this , I have also seen that the kernel version that these two have are almost identical so I think that it won’t be a problem for you to run this on it . Moreover the operating system that they use is also Linux based so I don ‘t think that it would be a problem for you.

Hey thanks for the reply, I thought that no one was interest I replying to me, but you proved me wrong, I still haven‘t tried any of the application here, as I don‘t want my operating system get corrupt by installing application that are not designed for it, so I am now looking for only specific application, and I am moreover been targeting the E-ink style reader application that was here , moreover as that is the application that I tend to use the most .

Hey, that application that you are asking for is built for Asus DR-900 and that would not run on the Asus Eee Note EA800 that you are targeting, I think that it would be possible for you if you could get a source running through this , as then you might be able to modify it and then run this on the you pc as as this might then make you to run this on your pc , or you also have an option for rooting as then you might be able to enjoy every feature of Asus DR-900.

You can have a visit at the asus official site to get the different source out from there , as the you can then get the source code from the the official site and this would be an easy option for you , the next possible option for you is the gain an control over an similar application for you model and the use it as this would then make you go an easy way , But I guess , Asus DR-900 had more application when compared with Asus Eee Note EA800

My solitary expectation is that I can educate for my part sufficient enough to learn about porting Linux in some of the application for Linux systems on the web. But any way , I think I just cannot have this application on my tablet as I have seen that it is just not possible to use this on my tablet Pc though I really appreciate the efforts that are been taken by you guys , thanks for it .
