NTLDR is missing in Sony vaio VGN-FW21M laptop.

I have purchased new Sony vaio VGN-FW21M at last month. The working of a device is very fine till last week. But after that I faced some serious problem in my device. Actually I want to upgrade my VGN-FW21M to Windows 7 but it can’t work for my device. And the worst thing is that I lost my recovery disk. So I cannot reinstall the operating system. After that I get the Active killdisk to solve my problem from my friend. And I tried that but no success it gets worst after using that I got message: “NTLDR is missing”. I cant understand the problem. Can anyone give me some solution to solve this problem. Please help me out.

I think your Sony Vaio have a hidden HDD recovery partition and that intact your system. But then also you can restore the operating system including pre-installed applications.
