Unable to pair IPad 2 WIFI with iPhone 3GS via Bluetooth

I am using iPhone 3GS and I have recently bought iPad 2 WIFI. Now i have started one problem with my iPad 2 and iPhone 3GS. Now whenever I try to connect my iPhone with my iPad2 via Bluetooth at that time it does not get connected. I don’t know what is wrong but when I try to connect the device at that time I get this message “Pairing Unsuccessful". Please tell me what I should do to fix this issue.

First of all I would like to tell you that you have to check that whether you are able to connect any other device with your new iPad 2 via Bluetooth or not. If you are getting the same message while connecting it with other device also then I think there might be something wrong with your new iPad 2 only and if you are able to connect your iPad 2 with other device also then I think there might be something wrong with your iPhone.

Sometime this type of problems arises due to the wrong settings also and that is why I will tell you to first check that all the Bluetooth related setting is proper in both of the devices or not. Also try to solve this problem by turning off the both of the device and after that turning it on. If you still get the same problem after that also then i think you should also try to solve this problem by resetting the devices. I hope you will find this solution helpful.

As far as I know you can solve this issue by doing this trick. First you have to remove all the paired devices from your iPad 2 and iPhone also and after doing that you have to restart both the devices. Now after doing that try to connect the both devices via Bluetooth and after check whether you are able to make the connection or not, I think after trying this trick you will be able to connect the iPad 2 with your iPhone.

I have already tried to solve this issue by turning off both of the device and turning it on again but after doing that also problem still remains. Now after that I have also tried to solve this issue by deleting all the paired devices and connecting it again but that trick end up with the same problem. Now after that I have tried to connect my new iPad 2 with other devices via Bluetooth but at that time also I get the same problem. Please help me with this.

In your post you have mentioned that you are not able to connect your iPad 2 with other device also via Bluetooth and that is why I will recommend you to first reset your iPad2 and after that see what happens. If you want to reset your iPad 2 then you have to press and hold the power button and home button together and after that you will see the apple screen and it’s done. Now after doing that check whether your problem gets solved or not. I think after resetting the iPad 2 you will be able to connect devices via Bluetooth.

After referring your above post I have dong factory reset in iPad 2 and iPhone 3GS now after resetting both of devices I have when I tried to connect through Bluetooth at that time it get connected successfully. Now I am not facing any issue while connecting through Bluetooth and all the things are working properly. Thank you so much for helping me and giving me solutions.
