No response when trying to play Video in Nokia X3-02

I would like to directly talk about the issue I am facing in my Nokia X3-02 mobile phone. Recently I have started facing issues while trying to play video files in my mobile phone. I am getting the following message: No response. Try Again!!. This has been a very irritating problem with the my Nokia X3-02 mobile phone. Does anyone know what might be causing the problem with my device? And how possibly I can solve the issue? Please help me in fixing the issue.

The problem might be occurring because the video file which you are trying play in your mobile phone is not supported by the device. There is no support for this particular video file and that is why all this issue is arising. So, I will recommend you to first of all make sure that the videos which you are trying to run in your device are of compatible with the device. For more information on the files which are compatible with the Nokia X3-02 mobile phone, you should visit the official website of Nokia and look upon the specification of your mobile phone.

Thanks for the reply. Actually I am sorry for not mentioning the issue completely in my original post. Actually I am trying to play the video files which are available on Internet on various websites like youtube. I am able to view and scroll across the website through my mobile phone but I am unable to play the video files available in these video sites. Does anyone know, what might be causing this issue and why I am getting the following error message? Please guide me in solve the problem.

I feel that the problem might be occurring because you might not be getting snough speed to smoothly access the Youtube or any other website and to stream video files. That is why you are getting the following error message. So, in first place I will recommend you to make sure that the internet service which you are using, either the WiFi service or the Data plan available in your device, you should make sure that you are getting enough speed to easily stream the video files available on the following website.

I also had this kind of issue with my mobile phone. And it seems like the problem might be with the WIFI ntwork which you are using to access Youtube. In some cases Youtube doesn’t seems to be working at all for certain WiFi networks. Also if you are using 2G service inorder to use Internet Service in your mobile phone, then I would rather suggest you to shift yourself to the 3G fast service where you will be able to access Internet at a much better speed then your current 2G service.

If you are using the WIFI network available at your home or work place inorder to view video files in your Nokia X3-02 mobile phone, then you should first setup the Wifi settings in your mobile phone and only then you will be able to access Internet in your mobile phone. Also make sure that the network which you are using is providing pretty good speed to stream video or audio files from Internet. Also make sure that the WiFi router and all the connections are working perfectly fine without showing any issue.

I am not pretty sure whether this can be a reason behind the problem which you are facing in your Nokia X3-02 mobile phone, but it is possible that the problem might be occurring because the firmware of your device is old and needs upgradation. So, just for a try, I will suggest you to update the firmware of your Nokia X3-02 mobile phone. You can get it done by either yourself or you can even take help from the Staff available at any Nokia centre.
