Suggest possible CPU upgrades for Acer Aspire 5738ZG

I am using Acer Aspire 5738 laptop and has a Double -core Pentium T4400 CPU and an ATI 4650 1GB GDDR3. The game is a bliss with this built. The problem is that the tailback of the CPU on the latest games, more process also is slow when playing. Is there anyhow to find the CPU compatible BIOS that can be connected? For example, I hope one T9900 and X9100. If some high-end CPU is not compatible, is there any way to program a new model of CPU in the BIOS? I am awaiting a response from you.

The unique and the use of contender PGA478 processor socket, so I feel it will work. But at some point for reasons unknown, the newer CPU may not be attuned with your laptop. I think the T9900 processor is a fine choice because it has the same maximum power utilization of that the processor T4400 does, which is 35W. While the X9100 processor has a utmost power consumption of 44W. Do not get me immoral, I'm not saying X9100 does not function on your laptop. Apparently, T9900 and X9100 both have akin performance (CPU and FSB speed) and as of the money, T9900 is a well entrant than the X9100.

They do not have enough knowledge to modify the BIOS so the CPU can operate without the support (given that the processor in question is similar to a novel decision). We found no success, but on this issue. I think you can upgrade the CPU or the T9900 is a dual core CPU or you can go with the Extreme X9100 processor, as Intel products are widely used over as they offers enormous performance when it refers to speed. I hope I replied your entire query.

I would say that the cooling system of this laptop is so small that X9100 (43W) and P9900 (35W) is unmanageable. I had the opportunity to earn P9700 (28W), and even undervolted to 1.05V is very hot in the total stress (about 70-72 degrees of maximum tension in GTA4). The default CPU T4400 (2.0 GHz, 1M cache, 800MHz FSB) turn out a bit like 1,850 at the scoring 3DMark06 CPU P9700 (2.8 GHz, Cache 6 M, 1066 MHz FSB) produces about.

I would say it’s not worth the CPU upgrade, if you are not getting the new CPU very cheap and are not willing to dismantle the entire laptop. Buy a new laptop that has enough CPU capacity (like Acer 5740 has 430M HD5650 GPU core and i5). I believe that these temperatures are not so high, so the control that you can put custom copper shims to lower the temperature of the GPU and CPU. Well again it is optimum to use of thermal glue.

Intel Core 2 Duo T9900 processor is superior. Other CPUs, but is under the T9900 range. This processor is capable of endowing with a clock speed of 3.06 GHz and there is less of a problem. P9500, which gives about 2.53 GHz clock frequency. And then, in the similar way, Intel Core 2 Duo P9600 approaches with a clock speed of 2.66 GHz T9900 I found a solution for a portable platform. You can go higher and QX9300 installed on it. but that's about $ 1000.

Go with Core 2 Extreme X9100 as it leads after evaluating the outcome of this processor with its predecessor. It includes a swift prompt of the technical stipulation of this processor, even if they do not alter fundamentally. Therefore, it is a processor equipped with a generation 45nm Penryn core. This fine engraving has been obtained by the innovative process of mechanized transistors High K + metal silicon within the processors of information. Other facet of this processor is a memory of 6 MB of shared L2 cache dual core. The minimum operating frequency is 3.06 GHz.
