PlayStation 3 and LG G2X video Smartshare

I have taken some photos and videos on the PS3. I have transferred the photos and some videos in to the LG G2X through DLNA. Have any one tried to stream their videos through the videos that were recorded from a DLNA supported device? I am able to see all the photos but when I see for the videos then I see that the 2 videos that they appear are in the gray box and are written that “unsupported video”. Also there is a videos folder inside the photo, but when I open it, it does not show up anything.

Is there any option which will allow you to transfer the media format and see if it will help you to allow you to view the videos that are transferred through the DLNA services? If it is available then you can use that to transfer the video format that you have taken from the DLNA. Once you transfer the video formats, then I think that you will see the video format supporting you G2X.

I have not seen any place that will allow me to transfer the video format for the videos that I have taken from the PS3. As per my knowledge I think that it would be recording only in the 3gp format. If there is anything that can help me to change the format of the file, if yes then please suggest me something to do the same.

I think you can check the format of the video that is there in your PS3 and also in the LG G2X. If you see that it is of the 3gp format or the format that is supported by your mobile, then it should work better, otherwise if you find any other format that is not compatible with your phone then you may need to change the format of the video that you want to the supportable video format.
