Unable to charge LG optimus S

I have recently purchased the LG Optimus Smartphone. And the operating system in the Smartphone is the Android operating system that is android 2.1. I am feeling so lucky to have this phone. The screen is not so perfect but in this price this is OK. But nowadays there is the problem in the phone battery that is when the battery was full charged then I can do multi tasking but when the battery goes down to 90% then I was not able to do multi tasking. And another problem is that when I was not running any application then also the battery is going down. And when I plugged in the battery for charging the charging is becoming very slow. It takes about a night to charge and when I saw at the morning the battery was not bully charged. Is this a good behavior? Thanking in advanced for helping me.

No actually this is not a good behavior. I think that this is not the normal behavior and when you are charging from the USB port then it should be charged and the device should be use at the same time it should be charging for the wall. I think the phone is confused and they are not getting the idea of doing the full charge when it is needed and I think that they are just doing the “Trickle” charge, which is why it is having, or it is taking long time to charge, the phone and in this case it doesn’t complete the charging. Try to change the battery and then see whether the problem is there or not.

One thing you have to keep in mind is that you have to make sure that you don’t have any program that is running at the background. Because I was also having the same problem so that time I noticed that when I was having the twidroyd application running at the background because of this the battery was going down. To increase the battery you have to just dim the backlight of the phone. And make sure that you are not using the Wi-Fi connection so that it is searching for the networks to get connected this is draining the battery of the phone constantly.

You should try to download an application known as Setting Profiles. This is an application from the Palm device, and the automatic settings are so important to me. I keep the auto synchronize limited to 3 minutes out of every 3 minutes. When I turn on the automatic settings then the screen turns 85% brightness at the day and 40% brightness at evening. The Wi-Fi automatically turned off after I am away from the home or from the office. I think that you should keep the program in suspended mode so the optimus allows keeping plenty of memory in the suspended mode. This will help to increase the battery life. The same scenario was going with me but when I purchased the LG Optimus S so I finally got the solution to solve the problem. So I finally got where the battery will get 18+ hours battery on a single charge. In this you don’t have to download any application or any kind of suspend mode you only have to change the settings. The only one setting you have to change is the 3G settings. You have to only turn off the 3G data plan. You have to change the settings by just going into the wireless and network settings and then you have to go in the mobile networks and then in the data enabled you have to unclick the box of the data enabled. If you have the battery problem so what is the phone if you are not able to receive the call.

I would like to recommend you that I think that you should download a application known as the juice defender this will help you to automatically disable the data and the Wi-Fi option when you are turning the screen of. By doing this I think the battery life would be increased by 40 percent. You can download this from the android market itself. I have purchased the juice defender application and now the application has increased the battery life up to 81%. I think that this is an amazing one.

I am also having the Optimus S and this has increased the battery level since it has longer lasted longer since it has started killing the application and it is not in use.
