Cant able to check the update for Motorola DROID 2 Global

I was using the new Motorola DROID 2 Global I had bought this few months back. Two days back when I was trying to check the software update its give an message try again later I was think this might be due to gingerbread which may be the cause of the problem does anyone know what may be cause of this problem. I had search for this many time but dint got anything on net. Please suggest me what to be avoid this problem.

Gingerbread which had being release is an beta version for the Motorola droid 2 and it will going to be released soon and if you get the full version then it’s not for the droid 2 but it’s for the droid x . Try to restart it and then try again. I don’t think so this is the big issue as compare with the Froyo 2.2 update which is having the synchronized problem’s think so your problem is due to gingerbread on your mobile. Uninstalled it and then try.

Might be there is no update available that’s why it is showing that message. The Verizon usually keep the droid up to date but don’t know about the latest version of the android and even with the droid 2 global which is having a firmware rolling out. And when it will release it won’t be having all the bug fixed and now like the droid x. search on net when they will going to release the latest update and im confirm you have to wait for it for short span of time.

I had also search for it on the net and according to the VZW Support Twitter account says update will be available within a short span of time. You should keep checking it frequently on net or you can do this manually on your phone by clicking on setting and in setting just go to about phone and then in that check that latest software in the system update and it will connect to the internet and search for the update. If it is available then it will be going to update it

I was surfing on net where I came to know that the update of gingerbread for the droid x had being release last week and it seems like the same update will be available for the Motorola droid 2 global. As per the droid life the soak testing will going to be start at the end of the week and I think so within short span of time they will be going to launch it officially. So you have to wait for it and then update it and it will surely help you a lot.

Most of the android based device which include droid 2 global with a growing portfolio the Motorola is planning for the improvement in the customer experience by release the software update periodically. And that message your getting because there is no latest update available for it just to check it you need to go to setting and in setting just move to about phone and there you will going to see the systems update and if it have an latest update it will going to confirm it.
